This is instalment #1 of the “sisi” series. “Sisi Gorimampa” translates loosely from Yoruba to English as “bald sexy woman”. The beautiful African women that I grew up in and around with inspired this painting which is basically a celebration of the feminine form. I’m eagerly looking forward to adding more works to the “Sisi” series.
